Customer Support: Misprinted Postage Request Form
All Postage Types Stamps.com cannot process refund requests without some form of physical evidence (proof) of every refund item being requested. Photocopies and scans will not be accepted. If you cannot provide physical evidence, a copy of your printed postage history indicating the item in question must accompany your refund request. If your item has already been processed by the USPS (cancelled, scanned, delivered, etc.), it will not be processed for a refund. To learn more about refunds and fraud, click here. NetStamps Specific If you printed a serial number on the wrong sheet, you must include both the sheet with the printing problem as well as the sheet with the intended serial number. The same holds true for individual labels, in the event you were not printing an entire sheet. If your claim is found to be usable, valid postage (i.e. the barcode is scannable and has printed correctly on the NetStamps labels), your labels will be returned to you for use as valid US postage. |
