  • Maintain A/P records and verify invoice items
  • Reconcile vendor statements Invoice management, including receipt, recording and tracking
  • Matching invoices w/purchase orders
  • Proper coding of invoice batches into the a/p sub ledger
  • Communicate with all departments regarding invoice approval
  • Assist in processing check runs
  • Assist in month-end processing of outstanding payables and accruals
  • Assist in month-end reconciliations
  • Assist in covering front desk responsibilities as needed
  • Handle various other accounting duties and ad hoc projects as requested
