Customer Support Representative

Stamps.com is the leading provider of Internet mailing services and we are seeking experienced applicants for our growing Customer Care department located in Playa Vista CA.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator able to identify customer issues, provide meaningful solutions, and go "above and beyond" with each customer interaction. Qualified professionals should have at least 2+ years of customer care/call center experience.

The Contact Center currently operates Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing world-class Customer Care via phone, e-mail, and other communication channels. The majority of the interaction will be over the phone in a fast paced call center environment.
  • Assisting customer in a professional and empathetic manner with account inquiries, online store orders, and general presales/retention questions when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Must have a "customer first" attitude and be service oriented, friendly and possess a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once.
  • Strong sense of urgency, follow-through and attention to detail.
