Online Marketing Manager:

Responsibilities
The Online Marketing Manager is responsible in full or in part for multiple online marketing programs including keyword buys/search engine optimization, affiliate program management, email marketing, online promotions, website-related marketing projects, partnerships, and general marketing duties.

Requirements

3-5 years online marketing experience including keyword optimization, affiliate programs, email marketing, partnerships, and marketing-related website projects.
Minimum 2 years project management experience.
Proven track record of creative, out-of-the-box online awareness programs.
Demonstrated understanding and experience of how large search engines work and tactics used to maximize listing prominence.
Specific experience managing an affiliate program through Linkshare, BeFree and/or Commision Junction.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects at the same time.
Superior analytical skills.
Very detail oriented with passion for data precision.
General understanding of the technologies used with online marketing/advertising and website development.
Background in marketing to similar audience highly desirable.

This position reports to the Director on Online Marketing.
