For mass mailings using Mail Merge: You can integrate postage directly into your Microsoft Word Mail Merge and apply postage to your full mailing list, all at once. Step-by-step instructions:

For single envelopes or labels: You can also simply highlight the individual address for which you need an envelope (for example, after you have typed a business letter) and then click on the Stamps.com icon in your toolbar or, if you do not have the icon, click on your Tools menu --> Letters and Mailings --> Envelopes and Labels and select the Add electronic postage checkbox.
