Stamps.com Webstore Shipping Process

Stamps.com's webstore shipping process allows a user to automatically retrieve order data for shipping goods sold through eBay. As a Stamps.com user, log in to your Stamps.com account and click on the link that says "Batch" from the options menu. You can view all your eBay orders and keep track of how many orders remain to be shipped. Stamps.com will post back to your eBay store account shipping details like tracking number and cost data. From your eBay account, you can let customers know that an order has shipped along with the tracking number - building buyer confidence!

Stamps.com's webstore shipping process is also available for Amazon.com, Yahoo!, Google Checkout™ and Paypal® Shops. From one interface, you can easily manage your shipping from multiple sources. If you choose to access these webstore shipping processes from webstores other than eBay or if you use Stamps.com services other than the Batch feature, you will be billed the full monthly service fee of $15.99, you can cancel your services at any time.

Stamps.com Introduces Collegiate PhotoStamps

Forty–One Top U.S. Universities and College Teams Now Available

LOS ANGELES, October 9, 2006 – Stamps.com® Inc. (Nasdaq: STMP) The leading provider of Internet–based postage services, today announced the launch of collegiate PhotoStamps®, allowing customers to order PhotoStamps with designs featuring the teams of top U.S. colleges and universities created under a license with The Collegiate Licensing Company. Customers that order collegiate PhotoStamps by October 18, 2006 will also receive a unique collectible first–release insignia on their sheet to mark the first–ever release of postage featuring U.S. college and university teams.

“College sports are known for having some of the most enthusiastic fans in the U.S., and our new collegiate PhotoStamps will allow them to show support for their alma mater or their favorite team in an entirely new way,” said Ken McBride, Stamps.com President and CEO. “In addition, the schools will directly benefit from each purchase because a portion of the proceeds will go to the selected college or university.”

The new collegiate PhotoStamps are currently available with at least two designs for each school, including the school logo and an additional design such as a mascot, football helmet or seal. Additional designs for each school are expected to be available soon. To order, customers simply visit www.photostamps.com/college, choose their school and then choose their design. Each specially designed sheet includes a school insignia and 20 PhotoStamps. Collegiate PhotoStamps are valid postage and can be used just like ordinary postage to mail envelopes, postcards or flats.

Additional schools are expected to be available soon.

A portion of the proceeds from each collegiate PhotoStamps order will go to benefit each individual school through the licensing program. If a school is not yet participating, consumers can contact their college or university and ask them to join this Stamps.com program through the school’s licensing organization.
