What is the Returns and Exchange Policy for items purchased from Stamps.com?
You may return any item, with all original packaging, within 30 days of the original order date for any reason for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will NOT be accepted.
Label packs, sheets, and/or rolls once opened may NOT be returned as they cannot be resold.
We cannot accept items returned and received more than 30 days after the original purchase date for any reason.
All sales of clearance or discontinued items are final, they cannot be returned for refund. However, defective clearance or discontinued items will be replaced during the warranty period (if applicable) while quantities permit.
In order to process a return or an exchange of items purchased directly from Stamps.com, you must complete the Returns & Exchange Form.
What should I do if I haven't received or only receive part of my Stamps.com order?
Orders are shipped next business day via USPS. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses or Guam may encounter delays prior to shipping.
If multiple items were purchased, please note that items may be shipped separately. Please allow 3 to 10 days for your order to arrive.
If it has been more than 10 days since you placed your order, please contact Stamps.com Customer Support so that we can provide further assistance. Please use our Contact Form and select "Orders from Stamps.com" as the Issue Type.
Why am I limited in how much I can purchase at one time?
Stamps.com limits the quantity per product in a single order to optimize our fulfillment processes. This optimization keeps costs low which enables us to keep prices low. While we realize this may be inconvenient for some customers, we believe the benefits to all of our customers outweighs the occasional inconvenience of placing multiple orders if you need more of a particular item than we allow in a single order.
