We are committed to your satisfaction with our customer friendly Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returns / Exchanges

At Stamps.com, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return any unopened and unused item(s) within 30 days of your original order date for your money back.

In the case of a defective item, Stamps.com will honor the applicable warranty period if it exceeds 30 days. In such an event, please contact Customer Support. All sales of clearance, discontinued, or retired items are final, they cannot be returned for refund.

To receive a refund or to exchange an item, please follow the instructions on our returns / exchange form.

NetStamps Label Policy

According to US Postal Service regulation, NetStamps labels purchased from Stamps.com may not be resold. The US Postal Service requires that all NetStamps labels be used solely by the direct purchaser. Any knowing violation of this US Postal Service rule may result in prosecution by federal authorities relating to mail fraud.
