  • Do I need a FedEx account to print FedEx shipping labels?
    Yes. It's easy to set up a FedEx account and it's free. Just click here to Activate a FedEx account and follow the instructions.

  • I already have a FedEx account. Can I use this existing account to print FedEx shipping labels using Stamps.com?
    Yes! You can activate your current FedEx account with Stamps.com and enjoy the convenience of printing everything you need from a single application. When you enter your existing FedEx account number into Stamps.com, you will not change your billing or payment arrangements or anything else about your current FedEx account.

  • How much is the Stamps.com FedEx discount?
    FedEx will offer eligible Stamps.com Premier customers up to 21% off the cost of FedEx Express® and 15% off FedEx Ground® shipments over 10lbs. The FedEx offer is for a limited time only; refer to the FedEx program agreement for complete details when applying for the program.

  • I have specially negotiated rates with FedEx. Can I still use Stamps.com to print FedEx shipping labels?
    Yes. Your existing rates will stay the same and will be visible to you through Stamps.com. When you activate your FedEx account for the first time, select "I want to use my existing FedEx account with my current rates," and your existing discount will not be affected.

  • Will my reference codes be the same for FedEx and Stamps.com?
    Yes. If you actively use reference codes to track your postage spending, your reference code report at the end of the month will show both the US Postage printed and your estimated FedEx shipping charges for the prior month. (Actual FedEx charges may differ if additional charges are added after you have shipped your package.)

    (Note: If you have existing reference codes that you use in FedEx, make sure to enter them into Stamps.com exactly as they appear on FedEx.com)

  • Will my monthly bill from Stamps.com include FedEx charges?
    No. FedEx will charge your account separately. Some accounts may be charged on a per shipment basis, while others may be charged on a monthly bill. For FedEx account billing questions please contact FedEx directly (Stamps.com customer support will not have access to your FedEx billing information).

  • Why is the rate I saw in Stamps.com different than the amount in my FedEx bill?
    Stamps.com is only authorized to provide FedEx rate quote estimates. All final charges are assessed by FedEx after a package has been delivered. Courtesy rates are generally the same as the final delivered price, but several factors can cause surcharges that FedEx will charge at their discretion.
