How to send newsletters and marketing materials with Stamps.com
You can print your newletters/marketing materials on one side of a tri-folding paper with postage on the outside edge for a quick and easy to execute mailer.
We support the Avery 8325 Self Seal Mailer. This template can be automatically selected within the Stamps software. You can print any newsletter/marketing materials on one side of the form and print postage on the opposite side:
- Log into Stamps.com as you normally would
- Click the "Print Postage" tab
- Enter your Delivery Address
- In "Mail Piece" select "Letters" and in the "Print On" menu select "Self-Seal Mailer - Avery 8325 - (1 Part)"
- Make sure the paper is inserted to print on the opposite side of your marketing materials if any.
- Select "Print".
- The postage will print right in the center fold for easy folding and mailing.
If you have any marketing materials pre-printed on your own brand of tri-folding paper you can use our 3-Part Multi-purpose Labels (SDC-3100) or NetStamps.
