How to Update your Personal Information
Updating your physical address and/or mailing address
- Launch the Stamps.com software.
- Click on 'Account' in the top navigation bar.
- Click on 'Contact Information'.
- Complete the fields for the address you would like to change.
Physical Address:This is the address under which your postage license is registered. Updating this will cause your updated zip code to print out on your postage (please allow 2-24 hours for this change to take effect).
Mailing Address:This is the address to which the purchases you make from the Stamps.com Store will be sent.
Updating your personal information including name, phone number and email address
- Launch the Stamps.com software.
- Click on 'Account' in the top navigation bar.
- Click on 'Personal Information...'.
- Complete the fields for the information you would like to update.
