How do I switch my payment method to another credit card or ACH?
To update or change your payment method, just follow these steps:
- Launch the Stamps.com software.
- Click on ACCOUNT in the top navigation bar.
- Click on PAYMENT INFORMATION.
- Complete the fields in the CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD dialog box.
Credit Card Payment: Enter the name of the person authorized to use the credit card, account number, expiration date, and credit card billing address.
ACH Direct Debit: If you are interested in setting up Stamps.com to deduct automatically from your checking or savings account, you may apply by contacting Customer Support.
- Click on the OK button when you are finished.
