Customer Support: My Account: Misprinted & Unused Postage Refund Policy

To submit a Shipping Label refund claim on-line, simply use the Activity tab found in the Stamps.com software.

Stamps.com recognizes that there are occasions in which your printer may not print postage correctly or you decide not to use the postage that you printed. Stamps.com will assist you in obtaining a refund for misprinted or unused postage by submitting a request to the U.S. Postal Service® on your behalf. Only current customers are eligible for misprint refunds.

You can file your refund request either electronically or by postal mail, depending on the type of postage. All requests must be generated using the Stamps.com software.
