Customer Support: Changing Your Service Plan

Stamps.com offers more than one kind of service plan, so that you can choose the plan that best meets your needs. You are able to switch between these plans if you wish. Depending on your account, you may also find additional plans that are available.

Enterprise

How to Upgrade Your Service Plan:

  1. Login to your Stamps.com software.
  2. Select "Account" and then "Service Plan Information" from the menu at the top of Stamps.com.
  3. In the window titled "Service Plan Information," you can view which service plan you are currently on. You can also find out further details about your current plan in the window below the section called "Plan Details."
  4. To upgrade your current plan, click on the drop-down arrow and select your new plan from the list of service plans.
  5. Once you've selected which plan to upgrade to, click OK.

You're done! It's that easy. Once you have upgraded your plan, you will have immediate access to all the new features!

No Commitment – Use Premier When You Need It

You can upgrade at any time, right from within your Stamps.com software. And since there is no long-term commitment, you can switch back to your former service level at any time.

Whenever you upgrade, you will be billed once more at your old rate, and on the next billing cycle, your billing will change to match your plan change. For example, if you are always billed on the 1st of the month, and you upgrade your plan on the 2nd, you will be billed at the same rate of the old plan on the 1st of the next month, but the bill after that will be at the new rate.

How to Downgrade Your Service Plan:

Want to go back to your old plan? You can.

If you have already been billed for the new pricing plan, you can downgrade to your old plan right through your software.

  1. Login to your Stamps.com software.
  2. Select "Account" and then "Service Plan Information" from the menu at the top of Stamps.com.
  3. In the window titled "Service Plan Information," you can view which Stamps.com service plan you are currently on. You can also find out further details about your current plan in the window below the section called "Plan Details."
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow and select the plan you wish to switch to from the list of service plans.
  5. Click OK to complete the downgrade.
