Customer Support: Troubleshooting: Office Jet Printers We have found that there are some Office Jet Printers that do not print postage optimally when working in conjunction with the Stamps.com software. The most common issues that we see with this type of printer are: The Print Samples print successfully. However, a regular job does not successfully print the bar code, and ceases at that point (and may print the bar code on a second sheet of paper or labels). The software prints out more then one copy of the postage The software does not print the postage bar code If you have an HP OfficeJet printer and encounter similar problems, please follow the instructions below:
