Customer Support: Troubleshooting: Missing Printed Postage History

The Printed Postage History Report is stored locally on your computer, and as such, Stamps.com does not have access to it. Unfortunately, we have no way of restoring or accessing it from our end.

If your report is missing information, this could happen for any number of reasons. For example:

  • If you have had to remove and/or re-install the Stamps.com software at any time, and did not backup the reports.
  • If your report file was specifically deleted or corrupted in some manner.
  • If you have changed your preferences to delete the messages after a certain amount of time. (To check and set this, click "File", then "Preferences" from within the Stamps.com program.)

Also note that the Printed Postage History is specific to the computer that the Stamps.com software is downloaded on at the time, so if you use Stamps.com on one computer you will not see the Printed Postage History associated with postage that was printed on another computer.

To prevent the loss of your Printed Postage History report in the future, we recommend periodic backups by following these steps:

  1. Go to "View Reports" and make sure the "Printed Postage History" report is selected.
  2. Click on the "Export" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select "All" or whatever date range you wish, and then click "OK".
  4. Select a location and file name to save, and click "Save".
