Figuring out how much postage you need
Please use the International Rates calculator provided by the USPS® to figure out the exact postage amount you need.
Once you calculate the postage, return to the Stamps.com software and click the Print Postage tab. Enter a dollar value into the Specify postage amount box and print NetStamps as usual.
Customs Forms
You may need to complete a Customs Form for your package, depending on the contents.
The International Rates calculator will let you know what forms are required.
Customs Forms are obtainable from your local Post Office™.
Sending your letters and packages
If your package requires a Customs Form, you will need to present it to a USPS employee at your local Post Office. Otherwise, your package may be returned to you.
If your letter or package does not require a Customs Form, you may hand it over to your postal carrier, or drop it off in a street collection box or at your local Post Office.
