Rest assured that this request DOES NOT apply to your Internet Postage! Stamps.com postage has security features in its 2D bar code that allow you to deposit mail the same way you have been without having to go to the Post Office. We are coordinating directly with the USPS® to rectify this directive.
Postage Without a Corresponding Address
 Upon U.S. Postal Service® approval, we will be rolling the following new feature out to our entire customer base.
This new Generic Postage feature will let you:
- Print postage without an address
You will no longer be required to type addresses to print out postage.
Simply print out postage on our new labels and stick them on any letter or package.
- Print postage for later use
Once you print a postage stamp, it does not expire.
Now you can place them in a drawer and use them whenever you like.
- Use with windowed or pre-printed envelopes
Allows you to print postage for use with windowed or pre-printed envelopes without having to re-type the address.
- Use with all mail classes
Allows you to print postage for all mail classes - including International, Book Rate/Media Mail™ and non-profit among others.
