New USPS Rates

The U.S. Postal Service has implemented a postage rate increase, effective May 12, 2008, for most domestic and international mail classes. In addition, the USPS has implemented changes that enable Stamps.com customers to enjoy substantial savings when shipping with Priority Mail, Express Mail and most International mail classes.

  • Priority Mail: Stamps.com customers can save an average of 3.5%, and up to 11%, on Priority Mail shipments. See Priority Mail Prices and Discounts for details.
  • Express Mail: The USPS has implemented zone-based pricing for Express Mail, which means that rates for local destinations actually decreased. In addition, Stamps.com customers save 3% on all Express Mail shipments. See Express Mail Prices and Discounts for details.
  • International: Stamps.com customers save 5% on Priority Mail International shipments and 8% for Express Mail International. See International Prices and Discounts for details.
