Jonathan Bourgoine was named Chief Technology Officer of Stamps.com in February 2018. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Bourgoine held the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Mattel, Inc. from 2011 to 2018. Mr. Bourgoine served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Youbet.com and United Tote from 2004 to 2011. Prior to 2004, Mr. Bourgoine provided technology consulting services to Ciber, Inc., Ziff Davis, Tommy Hilfiger Home and Revman Industries.
Sebastian Buerba was named Chief Marketing Officer of Stamps.com in January 2012. Previously, Mr. Buerba served as Vice President, Marketing from April 2009 to January 2012, as Director, Marketing from April 2006 to April 2009, and as Product Strategy Manager from July 2004 to April 2006. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Buerba worked as Marketing Product Manager for Telecom Argentina Stet‑France Telecom S.A. from 1998 to 2002.
Mr. Buerba holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Telecommunications from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Mr. Buerba also holds an MBA, with honors, from The Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles.
Jeff Carberry was named Chief Financial Officer of Stamps.com in August 2017. Mr. Carberry served the company as Vice President of Finance from April 2014 to August 2017, Sr. Director of Finance from April 2011 to April 2014, and Director of Finance from July 2008 to April 2011. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Carberry worked as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets from 2007 to 2008 and RBC Capital Markets from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Carberry also worked as a public accountant at Ernst & Young LLP from 1997 to 2003.
John Clem was named Chief Product & Strategy Officer of Stamps.com in January 2012. He has been Vice President, Product and Service Operations of Stamps.com from March 2006 to January 2012. Previously, Mr. Clem served as the Director of Corporate Strategy from March 2003 to February 2004 and as a Director of Marketing from March 2004 to February 2006 where he led the launch of Stamps.com’s Package Insurance and PhotoStamps products. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Clem was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton from 2000‑2003. Mr. Clem has also worked as an engineer and manager in the petrochemical and utilities industries.
Mr. Clem received his Bachelors Degree, with honors, in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. Mr. Clem also received his MBA, with honors, from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.
Kyle Huebner has served as the President of Stamps.com since August 2017. He served as our Co‑President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2012 to July 2017 and our Chief Financial Officer from January 2004 to January 2012. Mr. Huebner also served as our Vice President of Marketing from October 2001 to January 2004, Vice President of Corporate Strategy from January 2000 to October 2001 and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy from January 1999 to 2000. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Huebner served as a management consultant at Bain & Company from 1997 to 1999 and as an Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 1992 to 1995.
Mr. Huebner received his B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard University.
Amine Khechfé was named Chief Strategy Officer of Stamps.com in July 2016. Previously, Mr. Khechfé served as co‑founder and General Manager of Endicia until its acquisition by Stamps.com. During his career, Mr. Khechfé has held a variety of management roles in engineering, management consulting, software development, marketing, business development and sales engineering.
Mr. Khechfé earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University.
Matt Lipson was named Chief Legal Officer and Secretary in January 2018. Mr. Lipson previously served Stamps.com as Vice President and General Counsel from May 2017 to January 2018, Deputy General Counsel from April 2016 until May 2017, Associate General Counsel from 2006 until April 2016 and Senior Counsel from 2002 through 2006. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Lipson was an associate at Irell & Manella LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Mr. Lipson holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree in History from University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Lipson served as Managing Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review from 1996‑1997.
Ken McBride was named Chairman and CEO of Stamps.com in January 2012. He has been President and CEO of Stamps.com from August 2001 to January 2012 and also served as the CFO from October 2000 to January 2004. Previously, Mr. McBride served as the Senior Director of Finance for the company from April 1999 to October 2000. Before Stamps.com, Mr. McBride was a research analyst for Salomon Smith Barney covering several industries in the high technology area. Mr. McBride has also worked as an engineer and manager in the semiconductor industry.
Mr. McBride holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. McBride also holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Steve Rifai was named Chief Sales Officer of Stamps.com in March 2017. Mr. Rifai served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Development from July 2016 to March 2017. Previously, Mr. Rifai served as Managing Director of Endicia until its acquisition by Stamps.com. Prior to joining Endicia, Mr. Rifai was CEO of Centric Engineering Systems.
Mr. Rifai holds a Ph.D. in engineering from Stanford University.
JR Veingkeo was named Chief Accounting Officer of Stamps.com in April 2017. Mr. Veingkeo previously served as Vice President of Accounting from April 2010 to March 2017, Corporate Controller from April 2007 to March 2011, Assistant Controller from April 2005 to March 2007 and Accounting Manager from May 2003 to March 2005. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Veingkeo worked in the assurance group for KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Veingkeo received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Pace University.
