Yes, you can print postage from many of the software products you probably already use including Microsoft Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, and others. Also, you can import your contacts directly into from most popular contact management programs.

Yes, you can have multiple people access your account, but only one computer can be logged in at a time. In addition, all users must be using the account from the same location. If you’d like to have multiple users access the account simultaneously, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our multi-user accounts (Premier, Enterprise or Pro Plus). With the multi-user option, companies can also monitor postage spending for individual users.

Yes! We love “Mac” people. Mac users can simply use our web-based version we call Online. With Online, you can print stamps, envelopes and shipping labels directly from web browser, no download required!

Each account is password protected. A secret question is the only way the password can change, and the administrator sets the secret question to control the use of the software. An administrator can also cancel a location at any time.

In general, the application must be installed on individual PCs. We are compatible with Citrix servers. If you have another server application, we can provide you with a PDK (Postage Development Kit). The cost is the same as our regular corporate service.

In some cases, if your users do not have administrative rights to their machine, an IT representative will have to do the initial install. We handle the account set-up on the back-end here, so total install time on your end is only about two minutes. From time to time, we will require that your software be updated (e.g. when postal rates change). Over the last several years, we have averaged less than one mandatory update each year. Our update generally takes less than two minutes to complete.

Yes. is a licensed product, and as such requires distinct log-ins per user. We do this to protect our customers' security, so you can track postage printed from each user at each PC, as well as close accounts at will if you have employee turnover.
