Children’s t-shirt line owner uses to give his shipments a professional look

Nick Morgan is the owner of an e-commerce company called Shirts That Go. As a father, he had a hard time finding cool vehicle-themed t-shirts for his kids. That is why he decided to create his own t-shirt brand for children and toddlers. With over 30 designs, Shirts That Go appeals to kids who love vehicles, like trains, airplanes or trucks. Nick uses to ship orders to customers within the U.S. and internationally.

As Shirts That Go grew, Nick could no longer spend time driving to the Post Office and waiting in line to ship his packages. He needed his packages to look professional and more importantly he needed to find an effective solution to streamline his shipping processes.

Nick spent time shopping online for shipping software solutions for his company. After hearing great things about the service, Nick decided to use and hasn’t looked back since 2009! Nick is able to add his company logo to shipments for a clean, professional look. He also uses not only to ship to customers within the United States, but also to several international countries!

“ customer service is absolutely outstanding! I know that if I ever have an issue, help is a phone call or email away.”

– Nick Morgan, Shirts That Go

Moreover, since posts back the tracking information, he is able to share the USPS tracking numbers with his customers and does not need to spend too much time on the phone or via email answering questions about the status of his customers’ packages. Instead, he uses these valuable time savings to create additional designs for his business.
