STAMPS.COM ANNOUNCES NEW INTEGRATION WITH DIGITALSHIPPER SOFTWARE

LOS ANGELES – June 9, 2011 – Stamps.com® (Nasdaq:STMP), the leading provider of USPS® postage online and shipping software to approximately 400,000 customers, today announced a new integration with DigitalShipper™, a multi-carrier shipping software that connects enterprise branches, warehouses and distribution centers to a single shipping architecture.

DigitalShipper’s multi-carrier platform allows customers to select a shipping carrier from a single all-encompassing interface. The carrier selection consists of the U.S. Postal Service® via Stamps.com, FedEx® and UPS®. The software also includes regional carriers such as OnTrac, Spee-Dee Delivery, Eastern Connection, Prestige Delivery Systems, Pitt Ohio and Lone Star Overnight.

By including multiple carriers in one interface, DigitalShipper allows shippers to compare negotiated carrier rates and gain visibility of special pricing offers that effectively lower costs. Additionally, customers can compare ground services to air services and select the best method for additional time-in-transit savings.

The new Stamps.com integration will allow DigitalShipper customers to easily print all USPS mail classes and access online postage discounts for Priority Mail®, Express Mail® and First-Class Mail® without ever leaving the DigitalShipper interface.

“The USPS offers shippers tremendous cost savings in many situations,” said Stamps.com President and CEO Ken McBride. “With the new DigitalShipper integration with Stamps.com, shipping personnel can now easily identify and take advantage of the cost savings the USPS provides.”

“The Stamps.com and DigitalShipper integration will provide customers with additional cost savings using USPS services,” said DigitalShipper’s President and CEO Michael Everson. “As carriers continue to increase rates at an average of 2% to 4% per year, shippers are looking for easy and affordable solutions to save money on shipping.”
