Cuba 
Correos de Cuba has suspended all international mail service until further notice.

Iran
Iran National Post is currently unable to send outbound international mail to a growing number of destinations. At this time international mail can only be sent to destinations where transportation is available.

Maldives
Maldives Post is suspending the processing of outbound international mail service until further notice.

Peru
Servicios Postales del Perú – SERPOST S.A, has extended the suspension of all mail services until April 26, 2020.

Saudi Arabia
SaudiPost Corporation has resumed all postal services effective April 12, 2020.

Today, March 31, 2020, the USPS received communications from international carriers regarding service alterations due to coronavirus. Bolivia
Agencia Boliviana de Correos has suspended all inbound and outbound mail services until April 15, 2020.

Italy
Poste Italiane has announced new changes to mail services. Effective immediately, if a recipient cannot be contacted, items can be returned to sender after the first delivery attempt. Packages that exceed 25 kg in weight or 120 cm in length will not be accepted. These restrictions do not apply to donations. Lastly, due to lack of transportation, Poste Italiane is suspending service to several locations.

Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyz Pochtasy has suspended all outbound international mail services until further notice.

Peru
Servicios Postales del Perú – SERPOST S.A, has extended the suspension of all mail services to April 12, 2020.

Zimbabwe
Zimpost has suspended all operations until April 19, 2020, or until government notice.

Today, April 10, 2020, the USPS received communications from international carriers regarding service alterations due to coronavirus. Madagascar
Paositra Malagasy has advised that the Government of Madagascar has extended the state of emergency until April 19, 2020. At this time all mail delivery has been suspended.

Philippines
Philippine Postal Corporation has announced the period of quarantine has been extended until April 30, 2020. All post offices in areas placed under quarantine are closed.

South Africa
South African Post Office Ltd. has advised that the government the lockdown has been extended until April 30, 2020. Normal services are due to resume as of May 4, 2020.

South Korea
Korea Post has suspended outbound mail services to Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guam, Hawaii, Iceland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Qatar, Turkey, Uganda, and Zambia until further notice.

The Department of Defense has announced today the suspension of military mail to select ZIP codes beginning April 9, 2020. Due to a lack of transportation, military mail service will not be available to the following ZIPs:

Kuwait Postal Sector has extended the suspension of all inbound and outbound mail service until May 1, 2020.

Luxembourg
Post Luxembourg has advised that the delivery of letter post will be suspended on April 10, 2020, until further notice.

Nepal
Nepal Post has advised that due to the suspension of all incoming international flights, severe delays are expected.

Spain
Correos y Telégrafos is currently only able to send outbound international mail to Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and The United States of America.

Vietnam
VNPost has advised that delays should be expected for mail items sent to quarantines zones.

Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands Postal Service has extended the suspension of all postal operations until April 20, 2020. 

Curaçao
Cpost International N.V. has suspended inbound letter and parcel services until further notice. Delivery standards cannot currently be guaranteed for operational services.

French Polynesia
OPT PF – FARE RATA is currently unable to accept mail items until national and international flights have resumed.

Malawi
Malawi Post Corporation has suspended al international mail service until further notice.

Mongolia
Mongol Post has advised that its international mail center will remain closed until May 1, 2020.

Nepal
Nepal Post has advised that the country’s lockdown has been extended until April 15, 2020. These circumstances will impact delivery times—customers should expect delays.

Portugal
Correios de Portugal has announced that international and domestic operations will continue to operate normally where possible. However, it will not be able to send items to international locations where transportation is not available. Additionally, delivery times, standard signature on delivery service, and tracking services cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Samoa
Samoa Post has suspended all postal operations until further notice.

Togo
The Togo Postal Corporation has announced that it will only be able to carry out postal operations as far as it is possible to do so. The Togolese Government has declared a curfew and closed land borders, both of which will impact postal operations. At this time The Togo Postal Corporation cannot guarantee it’s delivery standards.

Today, April 20, 2020, the USPS received communications from six international carriers announcing extensions of existing service alterations and one new service alteration. Cayman Islands
The Cayman Islands Postal Service has extended the suspension of all postal operations until May 4, 2020. 

Curaçao
Cpost International N.V. has extended the suspension of all postal operations until April 27, 2020.

France
La Poste has advised customers that the French Government has extended its orders to combat the spread of coronavirus until May 11, 2020. As a result, La Poste will extend its previously announced service alterations.

Jordan
Jordan Post Company has advised that at this time outbound letter mail can only be sent to Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab ‎Emirates and the United Kingdom. Express Mail Service is available to all international destinations with the exception of  India. Additionally, all items destined to Jordan are being sanitized, and no signatures are being required for letter-post, parcel-post or EMS items.

Maldives
Maldives Post has extended the suspension of all postal operations until May 3, 2020, or until further notice.

Portugal
CTT Correios de Portugal has extended measures aimed at combating the spread of coronavirus until May 2, 2020.

Rwanda
The National Postal Corporation (Iposita) has extended the suspension of all postal operations until April 30, 2020.

Cape Verde
Correios de Cabo Verde has advised that serious delays for both inbound and outbound are expected until further notice.

France
La Poste has advised that, until further notice, delivery standards cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, effective Monday, March 30, 2020, only items weighing less than 15 kg and with a maximum size of 12.5” x 9.4” x 9.4” inches will be delivered.

Germany
Deutsche Post has suspended mail services to international destinations where transportation is not possible. A full list of affected destinations can be found here. Additionally, inbound items requiring payment by the recipient will be immediately directed to a postal outlet for collection. Recipients will receive a notification directing them to the postal outlet that is holding their item.

Hong Kong
Hongkong Post has suspended the signature on delivery requirement to limit human contact. If an item that would usually require signature is unable to be delivered, the recipient will receive a notification with instructions to collect the item at a post office.

Iceland
Iceland Post is currently unable to send postal items to any countries outside the European Union, except for Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Norway, Russian Federation, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

New Zealand
New Zealand Post has announced that due to lack of transportation it is unable to provide outbound international mail services to a number of destinations. Additionally, normal delivery standards cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Panama
Correos de Panamá has announced that all categories of inbound and outbound mail are suspended until further notice.

Romania
CN Poșta Română SA has suspended all inbound and outbound international mail services in cases where transportations networks are unavailable.

Russian Federation
Russian Post has advised that it is currently unable to guarantee delivery standards; customers should expect delays.

Ukraine
Ukrposhta has suspended the requirement for written proof of delivery in an effort to minimize human contact. Registered items will be left in the recipients’ mailboxes with the exception of summons. Ukrposhta cannot guarantee delivery standards at this time.

Today, March 26, 2020, the postal services of India, Ivory Coast, and Zimbabwe have announced service disruptions due to the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, Maldives Post has announced an extension of its suspension of mail services.

The Department of Posts (India Post) has suspended all international mail exchanges until further notice. All international mail received before March 22, 2020 will be delivered with limited staff.

Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast’s post advises has suspended mail services until further notice.

Maldives
Maldives Post has extended the suspension of all inbound and outbound mail services through April 4, 2020.

Zimbabwe
Zimpost has suspended all inbound and outbound international mail services until further notice. Additionally, Zimpost is unable to guarantee delivery standards at this time.

The USPS has announced that effective today, March 30, 2020, the service suspension to select APO/FPO ZIP codes has been lifted. USPS customers can once again send mail to the following military mail ZIPs:

France
La Poste has announced that going forward it will only offer four days of mail reception: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. La Post will prioritize urgent mail and essential goods. At this time, La Poste is asking mailers worldwide to defer their non-urgent shipments to France. Additionally, La Poste is unable to offer the following services: International Surface Airlift, M-bags, returns, and International Business Reply Service (IBRS).

Honduras
Empresa de Correos de Honduras (Honducor) has suspended all postal services until at least April 12, 2020, or until a date that will be communicated at a later time.

Kazakhstan
Kazpost JSC has suspended all outbound services to following countries: Algeria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Canada, Georgia, Hungary, India, Iran, Israel, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Spain, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and The United States.

Saudi Arabia
Saudi Post Corporation has suspended all inbound and outbound mail services except for Express Mail Service items weighing up to 11 pounds.

Colombia
Servicios Postales Nacionales S.A. 4-72, has advised that significant delays are expected for all inbound and outbound mail services.

Denmark
PostNord Denmark is currently able to send mail to countries within the European Union (EU), with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. It is also able to send mail to the following countries outside of the EU: Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, The United States, and Vietnam. PostNord Denmark service availability is subject to change on a daily basis. Additionally, PostNord Denmark has suspended signature on delivery. Delivery will instead be made using methods that limit human contact.

Grenada
Grenada Postal Corporation, has advised that outbound and inbound mail delivery services will be affected by limited transportation to and from the country.

Kazakhstan
Kazpost JSC has advised that due to a state of quarantine, mail service in the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty will be delayed.

Lithuania
Lithuania Post has suspended signature on delivery service for inbound letter mail items and, when possible, will send parcels to parcel lockers for contact-free collection.

Nepal
Nepal Post has advised that due to the suspension of all incoming international flights, severe delays are expected.

Sweden
PostNord Sweden as announced that it is currently able to send mail to countries within the European Union (EU), with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. Outside of the EU, PostNord Sweden can provide mail services to Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam. PostNord Sweden service availability is subject to change on a daily basis. Additionally, PostNord Sweden has suspended signature on delivery. Delivery will instead be made using methods that limit human contact.

Vatican
Poste Vaticane is currently unable to send outbound mail transport mail to a growing number of countries. Poste Vaticane is therefore no longer accepting mail addressed to affected countries. The list of destination countries affected is subject to change on a daily basis.
