Technical Requirements
A personal computer with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7.
64 MB of RAM for Windows XP; 512 MB of RAM for Windows Vista or Windows 7. Minimum 800x600 screen resolution and 256 colors.
A Windows-compatible laser or inkjet printer with a resolution of 300-dpi or higher. We also support the Stamps.com LabelWriter, DYMO LabelWriters (EL60, 320, 330, 330 Turbo, and CoStar XL), Eltron and Zebra printers.
An Internet connection through a service such as American Online; an Internet service providers (ISP) such as Earthlink; a direct connection such as a corporate local area network (LAN); or a high-speed connection such as DSL or cable modem.
Apple Macintosh users: Our software currently does not natively support the Apple Macintosh platform. However, many of our Macintosh customers use a Windows emulator software to run the Stamps.com software. We do not offer technical support for installation on a Macintosh computer.
