Just in time for the USPS rate increase from $.39 to $.41 for a first class letter, Stamps.com is giving away a free $.02 sheet of twenty PhotoStamps, the popular personalized postage, to 12,000 first-time customers. Beginning today, first-time customers simply visit www.photostamps.com and click on the “Get Free $0.02 Postage” link to order their free postage.
