Stamps.com Launches Presorted First-Class PhotoStamps

LOS ANGELES – May 17, 2007 – Stamps.com® (Nasdaq: STMP), the leading provider of Internet-based postage services, today announced that it has launched presorted First-Class Mail PhotoStamps®, a new feature that will allow qualified businesses to use discounted First-Class Mail® rates with PhotoStamps to create awareness for their products or services, to build their brand, or for other commercial applications. Stamps.com also announced today the start of the fourth phase of the market test for PhotoStamps, with an authorization for one year through May 16, 2008.

“We are excited to offer businesses a new way to create awareness for their products and services and to build their brand by including their logos and images on presorted First-Class business mailings,” said Ken McBride, Stamps.com President and CEO. “Previously, the only approved rate for PhotoStamps was full rate First-Class. Now, a business may save as much as 10 cents per mail piece using presorted rates on PhotoStamps. More than half of all First-Class Mail is presorted, so we believe that this change opens up PhotoStamps for use in many more business applications.”

To order in high volumes, customers may begin by contacting Stamps.com at www.photostamps.com/business. PhotoStamps are now available in various denominations including $0.26 for postcard rates, $0.31 for presorted First-Class, $0.41 for full rate First-Class, and $4.60 for 1 lb Priority Mail® packages. PhotoStamps are available in a sheet, or in roll form factor for use in higher-volume mailings.
