Stamps.com Webstore Shipping Process

Stamps.com’s webstore shipping process allows a user to automatically retrieve order data for shipping goods sold through eBay®. As a Stamps.com user, log in to your Stamps.com account and click on the link that says "Batch" from the options menu. You can view all your eBay orders and keep track of how many orders remain to be shipped. Stamps.com will post back to your eBay store account shipping details like tracking number and cost data. From your eBay account, you can let customers know that an order has shipped along with the tracking number – building buyer confidence!

Stamps.com’s webstore shipping process is also available for Amazon.com, Yahoo!, Google Checkout™ and Paypal® Shops. From one interface, you can easily manage your shipping from multiple sources. If you choose to access these webstore shipping processes from webstores other than eBay or if you use Stamps.com services other than the Batch feature, you will be billed the full monthly service fee of $19.99.

Stamps.com Executive Team

Ken McBridePresident and Chief Executive Officer

Ken McBride has been President and CEO of Stamps.com since August 2001 and also served as the CFO from October 2000 to January 2004. Previously, Mr. McBride served as the Senior Director of Finance for the company from April 1999 to October 2000. Before Stamps.com, Mr. McBride was a research analyst for Salomon Smith Barney covering several industries in the high technology area. Mr. McBride has also worked as an engineer and manager in the semiconductor industry.

Mr. McBride holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. McBride also holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Kyle HuebnerChief Financial Officer

Kyle Huebner has been Chief Financial Officer of Stamps.com since January 2004. Mr. Huebner was also Vice President of Marketing from October 2001 to January 2004, Vice President of Corporate Strategy from January 2000 to October 2001 and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy from January 1999 to 2000. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Huebner was a management consultant at Bain & Company, from 1997 to 1999. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Huebner served as a Research Analyst for J.P. Morgan, Inc. Prior to 1992, Mr. Huebner held various management positions with Melville Corporation.

Mr. Huebner received his B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard University.

Michael BiswasVice President – Development

Michael Biswas was named Vice President, Development in February of 2007. Mr. Biswas was also Vice President of Information Technology from September of 2005 to February 2007, Vice President of Operations from June 2005 to September 2005 and Director of Customer Support from April 2003 to June 2005, where he led a re-engineering of the support department and several other operations initiatives. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Biswas worked as Manager for TeleTech Telecommunications and as Director of Operations for Allbusiness.com.

James M. BortnakChief Marketing Officer

James Bortnak was named Vice President, Sales & Marketing in 2004 and is currently our Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Mr. Bortnak served as Vice President, Business Development from 2002 to 2004, and as a senior member of the Business Development group since joining us in 1999. Prior to joining us, Mr. Bortnak practiced business law, focusing in the area of technology and start–up companies.

Mr. Bortnak holds an LLB from the University of British Columbia, and has been a member of the California Bar since 1997.

John ClemVice President – Product and Service Operations

John Clem was named Vice President, Product and Service Operations in March 2006. Previously, Mr. Clem served as the Director of Corporate Strategy from March 2003 to February 2004 and as a Director of Marketing from March 2004 to February 2006 where he led the launch of Stamps.com’s Package Insurance and PhotoStamps products. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Clem was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton from 2000-2003. Mr. Clem has also worked as an engineer and manager in the petrochemical and utilities industries.

Mr. Clem received his Bachelors Degree, with honors, in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. Mr. Clem also received his MBA, with honors, from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.

JP LeonVice President – Postal Technology and Affairs

JP Leon joined Stamps.com in March 2003 to identify and develop new product and market opportunities for the application of Stamps.com’s intelligent postage technology. In February 2005, Mr. Leon was also placed in the leadership role for the Company’s research and development effort. In March 2007, Mr. Leon was named Vice President, Postal Technology and Affairs. Prior to joining Stamps.com, Mr. Leon was the Chief Innovation Officer for the Neopost Group, Paris, France. Mr. Leon has more than 20 years of product development and engineering experience, the last seven of which were focused on developing new products for the PC Postage market.

Mr. Leon graduated with a BS degree in Engineering from Northern Arizona University and an MBA degree from California State University, Hayward.

Seth WeisbergChief Legal Officer and Secretary

Seth Weisberg has served as Chief Legal Officer since April 2008. Mr. Weisberg previously served as Vice President and General Counsel from March 2001 until April 2008, and served as Senior Director, IP & Licensing from June 1999 until March 2001. Mr. Weisberg previously was an associate at Irell & Manella LLP, worked as a software developer and founder at Shortcut Software, created physical computer models at RAND Corporation and was a high school teacher in the Mississippi Teacher Corps.

Mr. Weisberg holds a law degree from Columbia Law School, a master’s degree in History from Harvard, a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Astronomy from Harvard and a General Course Certificate from the London School of Economics. Mr. Weisberg is a registered patent attorney.
