How to Cancel Your Account

We’re sorry to hear you want to discontinue your service. We hate to see you go.

There are two options to cancel your account:

Cancel by Phone

Please call our Customer Care Center toll‑free at 1‑855‑889‑7867, Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm Pacific Time.

When canceling your account by phone, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email from your Customer Care representative. A confirmation number for the call is also available upon request.

Cancel Online

  •  Log in to your account
  •  Select Manage Account from the My Account drop down menu
  •  In the Account Settings menu, select Change/Cancel Plan
  •  Click on the link to close your account

Billing Info

If you close your account after your 4‑week trial period, your credit card will be charged up to one additional service fee plus applicable taxes, if any, as we bill at the end of each billing cycle.
