Stamps.com Introduces NASCAR Licensed Postage Featuring Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

LOS ANGELES – December 12, 2006 – Stamps.com® (Nasdaq: STMP), the leading provider of Internet-based postage services, today announced the launch of NASCAR licensed PhotoStamps® featuring postage with unique designs of three legendary NASCAR drivers: Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. A total of nine designs are currently available, three designs for each NASCAR driver. Individuals who order NASCAR PhotoStamps by January 10, 2007 will also receive a unique collectible first-release insignia on their sheet to mark the first-ever release of PhotoStamps featuring NASCAR drivers.

Jeff Gordon possesses 75 career NASCAR victories and is a four-time NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Champion. The late Dale Earnhardt, a seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, was a 2006 inductee into the Automotive Hall of Fame and had 76 series career victories. Dale Earnhardt, Jr., a third-generation NASCAR champion, is a two-time Busch Series champion, and has 17 NASCAR Cup Series wins. NASCAR licensed PhotoStamps are created through licenses with NASCAR, Hendrick Gordon Licensing and Dale Earnhardt, Inc.

Each specially designed sheet includes a NASCAR insignia, the selected image and signature of the NASCAR driver, and 20 PhotoStamps. NASCAR PhotoStamps are valid postage and can be used just like ordinary postage to mail envelopes, postcards or flats.
