How to Connect Your Shopify Store to Stamps.com
- Select the Orders Tab and click the Settings icon.
- In the Orders Setting Window select the Stores tab and click Add.
- The Stores Connect window will open. Select Shopify
- Enter your Shopify Domain, then Click Connect.
- Log in to Shopify and Visit the Shopify App Store
- Select Stamps.com and click Get
With the Stamps.com integration, Shopify customers can batch print shipping labels for all USPS mail classes, and automatically import orders. Once the USPS label is printed, the order status details such as the USPS tracking number, shipping date, and mail class are automatically posted to your Shopify account. Shopify customers also get access to additional Stamps.com features such as hidden postage, discounts on USPS postage rates and insurance and return shipping labels.

Can I import my orders from Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and other stores?
Yes. You can connect your shopping carts and marketplaces including Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and Etsy with Stamps.com in under 5 minutes. You can also import your orders from a CSV file, Microsoft Excel, XML, or your own ODBC.
Can I create a Return Shipping Label?
Yes. After you're printed your shipping label, you can generate a pre-addressed pre-paid return label your clients can use to send items back.
How fast is Priority Mail International?
Generally, it takes Priority Mail International six to ten business days. USPS hands off shipments at the border of the destination country before the local postal service completes the delivery.
How does the 30-day risk-free trial work?
We offer new customers a 30-day risk free trial to see if Stamps.com is right for them. Cancelling any time within the 30-day time frame will result in no charges; however, if you continue past your 30‑day trial, you will be charged a monthly subscription including your first month's fee. Your service will continue uninterrupted unless you cancel.
How do you track a UPS package?
You can log into your app and visit your "history" page to view real-time tracking information for every item you send. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS website to see tracking updates.
How do UPS drop offs work?
Drop off your shipment 24 hours a day, seven days a week at one of the 60,000 UPS dropoff locations across the United States. This includes UPS Stores, UPS Drop Boxes, CVS, Michaels, and Advanced Auto Parts.
How do NetStamps work?
You can print NetStamps if you have a Stamps.com account with sufficient postage balance. After logging in to your account, simply select print on “NetStamps,” choose how many to print, select to print on a NetStamps sheet or roll, and click print!

Log in and navigate to your subscription page to cancel from within the app, or simply call our toll-free number 855-608-2677, M–F 8AM to 8PM CT and our customer support team will be happy to assist you. You can cancel any time.
Does Stamps.com work on Macs?
Yes. Mac users can use our web app on any browser, or they can download our desktop app for Mac for free. Visit stamps.com/download to access all of our apps including our free mobile app.
Does Stamps.com support an ODBC connection to my database?
Yes. Stamps.com can pull order or customer information from virtually any database, from Excel to SQL. Stamps.com also creates an export file that includes mail class, mail date, shipping cost, and tracking number.
