Pricing

Pricing for USPS First Class Package International depends on where your package is shipping to, but starts at $17 dollars. To calculate your shipping costs, use the USPS International Shipping Calculator and enter your package’s weight, dimensions, and destination. When you use Stamps.com, you can access  discounts rates up to 17%.

Weight, size, and shape requirements

You can use your own box, envelope, or custom packaging. Generally, the maximum weight for packages sent by weight and destination is 70 lbs, with some countries having lower weight restrictions. Or, you can use a  Flat Rate Box.

  • Max weight for Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes is 4 lbs.
  • Max weight for Medium and Large Priority Mail International Flat Rate Boxes is 20 lbs.
  • Max Length + Girth: 108″ inches

Note: When sealing a Flat Rate Envelope or Box, the container flaps must be able to close within the normal folds.

Insurance and services

Using this service may qualify you for free package pickup at your home or office. Most shipments sent with Priority Mail International get up to $100 insurance for reconstruction of nonnegotiable documents (such as personal correspondence with no cash value) and up to $200 insurance for merchandise ( including gifts and other goods) to cover loss, damage, or missing items. .
